Create a useful first request

1. Open a new chat

   Select AI Chat from the sidebar or return to the Studio Global home screen.

2. Describe the outcome

   Say what you want to produce, who it is for, and any constraints such as tone, length, format, or deadline.

3. Add source material

   Paste relevant context or attach a supported file when the answer should use your own information.

4. Send and refine

   Review the response, then ask for changes instead of starting over. The conversation keeps the nearby context.

Example: “Create a concise launch email for existing customers. Use a friendly tone, include these three benefits, and keep it under 180 words.”

Get a better answer

• Name the audience and the decision the answer should support.
• Ask for a specific structure such as a table, checklist, outline, or JSON.
• Include an example when style or format matters.
• Ask the AI to identify assumptions or missing information before finalizing important work.

Continue or start fresh

Continue in the same conversation when your next request depends on earlier messages. Start a new chat when the topic, audience, or source material changes substantially so unrelated context does not influence the result.
