The short answer: yes. Generative AI can help write emails, cover letters, profile summaries, CV or résumé sections and many other everyday texts. But the best workflow is not to let AI write and send everything for you. A safer approach is: you provide the facts, AI creates a draft, and you review the result for truth, tone, privacy and context.

AI writing is already part of work and career tools
