Promote your brand

Create trustworthy articles that introduce your app or brand through useful research rather than unsupported promotion. Studio Global Search can combine relevant first-party content from your website with independent sources, and Publish turns the cited result into a public page you can share.

Help people discover your brand with cited research

A useful public page can introduce your app or brand while giving readers evidence they can inspect. Studio Global Search can use relevant content from your website alongside independent sources, and a published chat preserves those citations in a shareable article.

  1. Publish useful first-party content

Add a clear, publicly accessible page to your website that explains the feature, who it helps, how it works, and includes specific examples. Keep claims accurate, current, and easy for search tools to read.

  2. Research the topic in Studio Global

Open Search and ask a neutral question about the problem or feature. For example: “Compare apps that help teams turn AI research into cited public articles. Include Acme App only when supported by a source, cite every factual claim, and use independent sources too.”

  3. Review the evidence and source mix

Confirm that each citation supports the nearby claim. Your website is the primary source for your product details; add reputable independent sources for market facts, comparisons, and broader context.

  4. Create a genuinely useful article

Refine the answer for readers instead of making it purely promotional. Correct unsupported statements and disclose important limitations before publishing.

Studio Global may not find or cite your website for every query. Source availability, relevance, quality, and the wording of the research question all affect which sources appear.

Prepare the chat for publishing

  • Sign in and open the chat you want to publish.
  • Wait for the latest AI answer and any attached images or sources to finish loading.
  • Check names, facts, links, citations, and confidential information before making the page public.
  • Ask a follow-up or regenerate the answer if the latest result is not ready to share.

Do not publish private, confidential, personal, or licensed material unless you have permission to make it public.

Publish the page

  1. Find the Publish button

In the message composer, select the Publish icon beside the add or attachment control. It appears after the chat has a saved, eligible AI result.

  2. Wait for the quality check

Studio Global prepares the page and checks that it has enough useful public content. Keep the chat open while publishing completes.

  3. Open or paste the copied link

After a successful publish, the public page URL is copied to your clipboard automatically so you can open or share it.

  4. Confirm the public page

Review the page in its public layout and confirm that the title, answer, sources, images, and language look correct.

Understand published and draft states

A page that passes the quality checks is published and can appear in Trending and the public sitemap. If it does not pass, Studio Global keeps it as a draft and shows the reason instead of exposing an incomplete page.

  • Improve a draft by making the answer more complete, adding useful evidence, or correcting unsupported content, then publish again.
  • Publishing uses the latest eligible assistant result, so confirm that the final answer is the version you intend to share.
  • The page language follows the chat and output-language context available when you publish.

Manage a published page

  1. Open Publisher

Select Publisher in the workspace sidebar to see published pages, drafts, status, engagement, and publishing history.

  2. Find the page

Search by title or filter the list by Published or Draft status.

  3. Move a page back to draft when needed

Use the page action to remove a published chat page from Trending and the public sitemap. The original chat and draft stay in your workspace.

After moving a page to draft, previously shared public links may no longer show the published page.
