香港如何官方使用 Claude Opus 4.7？Bedrock、Vertex AI 與 Claude API 查核

判斷一條路線是否可用，要分開三件事

第一，模型是否存在。 這點可以確認：Anthropic 發布了 Claude Opus 4.7，AWS 有 Bedrock model card，Google Cloud release notes 也列出 Claude Opus 4.7 in Model Garden。^[8][1][18]

第二，你選的平台是否支援。 Bedrock 要按 AWS Region 查模型支援，並查看 endpoints and quotas；Vertex AI 要看 Model Garden／partner model 文件，以及 Google Cloud 的 deployments and endpoints 文件。^{[22][20][18][24][16]}

第三，香港是否可直接使用 Anthropic 原生服務。 直接使用 Claude API 或 claude.ai 應以 Anthropic supported regions／supported countries 為準；Anthropic 亦表示其 Terms of Service 會限制某些 unsupported regions 的使用。^[13][15][14]

路線一：Google Cloud Vertex AI

路線二：Amazon Bedrock

如果你的基礎設施主要在 AWS，Amazon Bedrock 是另一條有官方文件可查的路線。AWS 文件已有 Claude Opus 4.7 的 Bedrock model card，AWS 公告亦指 Claude Opus 4.7 已在 Amazon Bedrock 可用。^[1][27]

Bedrock 的重點是 Region 支援。AWS 提供 Amazon Bedrock endpoints and quotas 文件，也有 Model support by AWS Region 頁面；該 Region 支援文件已把 Claude Opus 4.7 納入相關指南。^[20][22]

建議核對流程如下：

• 先看 AWS 的 Claude Opus 4.7 Bedrock model card，確認你要用的是官方列出的模型。^[1]

原生 claude.ai／Claude API：可作查核，但不要直接假設香港支援

Anthropic 的發布頁明確提到，開發者可用 claude-opus-4-7 透過 Claude API 使用，所以 Claude API 是官方產品路線之一。^[8] 不過，直接使用 Anthropic 服務仍受 supported regions／supported countries 影響；Anthropic 亦公開表示，其 Terms of Service 會限制某些 unsupported regions 的服務使用。^[13][15][14]

因此，香港用家不應把「Claude Opus 4.7 有 API」自動理解成「香港帳戶一定可以直接開通 Claude API」或「香港一定可以直接使用 claude.ai」。較保守、可交代的做法，是在註冊、付費或把 API 放入產品前，先查 Anthropic supported regions／supported countries 的最新官方名單，並確認你的公司主體、帳戶所在地和使用方式符合條款。^[13][15][14]

Microsoft Foundry：可留意，但仍要在 tenant 內確認

Microsoft Tech Community 的 Azure AI Foundry Blog 指 Claude Opus 4.7 is available on Microsoft Foundry，並指在 Azure 上開發的團隊可透過 Microsoft Foundry 存取 Claude Opus 4.7。^[26]

不過，這並不等於所有香港個人帳戶、所有 Azure tenant 或所有地區設定都必然可用。若你的團隊已在 Azure 生態開發，Microsoft Foundry 可以列入第三條查核路線；真正可用性仍要在你的 tenant、模型目錄、地區設定和企業政策中確認。^[26]

上線前檢查清單

把 Claude Opus 4.7 放入產品、內部工具或自動化流程前，至少查清以下四項：
