New Wonder Weapon & Cosmetics

A new Wonder Weapon is available on Rex Infernus. Completing the main quest rewards players with a "Bloodthorn" Legendary weapon skin, an exclusive Calling Card, and a bonus 10,000 XP .

New GobbleGum: "Fully Packed"

This new GobbleGum instantly upgrades the held weapon to the maximum Pack-a-Punch tier when used, saving players time in high-round runs .

New Ultra-Rarity Weapons

Multiplayer

Endgame PvE: Free Access Ends This Season

Endgame, the co-op PvE extraction mode set in Avalon, was made free-to-play for all players during Season 03. According to official Activision patch notes, that window closes after Season 05:

"Endgame's free-to-play period is planned to continue through to the conclusion of Season 05… Once Season 06 of Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone begins, Endgame will no longer be accessible via the Call of Duty HQ menu without owning Black Ops 7."

In practice, Season 05 is the last chance to play Endgame for free. After Season 06 starts, the mode becomes gated behind a Black Ops 7 purchase. Some analysts also interpret this as a signal that Endgame will receive no further major updates after Season 5 .

Why Black Ops 7 Zombies Ends Here

• Season 05 is Black Ops 7's final full season. The franchise is already pivoting heavily toward Modern Warfare 4, whose early-access beta begins on August 21 — the day after Reloaded launches .
• Treyarch has explicitly confirmed that Rex Infernus is the final round-based Zombies map for Black Ops 7 .
• No Zombies DLC 6 is planned. With Modern Warfare 4's launch approaching, development resources have shifted to the next title .

The August 20 Reloaded update is both a celebration of the Black Ops 7 Zombies story and a farewell — after Season 5 winds down on September 17, Black Ops 7 enters maintenance mode as Call of Duty transitions to Modern Warfare 4 .
