From a home bakery to Upper Thomson

Founders Ian Ferdinand Chong and Ong Jingwen began with a home bakery in the Marymount area. The business later had a storefront at Sin Ming before moving to 421 Race Course Road in 2024; the Upper Thomson outlet is a return closer to its beginnings, not a replacement for the Race Course Road café. 34537

Which sourdough loaves are available?

Naturally fermented sourdough remains the bakery’s focus. Its selection runs to about 15 small-batch varieties that rotate, so a particular loaf may not be available on every visit. The expanded menu includes handmade sourdough pasta.
