Five games are listed to leave on August 31:
Another Crab’s Treasure — cloud, console and PC
I Am Your Beast — cloud, console and PC
Neon Abyss — cloud, console and PC
One Lonely Outpost — cloud, console and PC
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — cloud and console
NBA 2K26 is separately listed for removal on September 6, with cloud, console and PC availability reported for the title.
Game Pass members can receive discounts of at least 20% on several departing games before removal, according to the supplied reporting and Xbox’s discount information.
Why The Witcher 3’s departure matters
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the highest-profile game in the August 31 removal group. Its departure is notable because it is a major modern role-playing game rather than a smaller catalog title, making the deadline especially relevant for subscribers who have not finished it.
The reports use slightly different names for the edition—Wild Hunt Remastered Edition in some listings and Complete Edition in another—but consistently identify The Witcher 3 as leaving on August 31 on cloud and console. The supplied evidence does not establish the exact date it joined Game Pass, so the length of its stay cannot be stated precisely.
What do the Game Pass plans cost?
The supplied reporting gives these current monthly prices in U.S. dollars:
Game Pass Essential: $9.99 per month
Game Pass Premium: $14.99 per month
Game Pass Ultimate: $22.99 per month
PC Game Pass: $13.99 per month
Xbox’s own search-result snippets obscure the figures as “$XX.XX/month,” so these prices come from the supplied secondary reporting rather than directly visible Xbox pricing text. Prices and availability can vary by region and may change over time.
The tier split is most important for the three day-one releases: Vapor World: Over the Mind, Blood Dungeon and Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy are listed for Ultimate and PC Game Pass, while several catalog additions expand access to Premium.
