Guideless Raises €1M to Turn Workplace Workflows Into Editable AI Training Guides

Guideless is a Vilnius-based AI startup focused on a persistent enterprise problem: software training and operational knowledge become difficult to maintain as applications, processes and employees change. The company captures a user completing a workflow and turns that activity into an editable guide containing visual steps, instructions, transcripts, captions and AI narration.

The startup has raised a €1 million pre-seed round as it develops the product and prepares to expand into the UK, wider European markets and the United States.

Founders and company timeline

Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas, who serves as CEO, and Dovydas Remeika. Bieliūnas previously worked in business development at Vinted Go, while Remeika has more than a decade of experience developing enterprise software for banks and other large organisations.

What Guideless does

Traditional software training often relies on screen recordings or manually written documentation. Those materials can require substantial effort to produce and may become outdated when a user interface or internal process changes. Guideless’ workflow is designed to reduce that maintenance burden:

1. A user completes a software task in a browser.
2. The platform captures the workflow and identifies its relevant steps.
3. AI generates an editable training guide from the captured activity.
4. Teams refine the content and publish, embed or export it for employees, customers or other audiences.

The resulting guide can combine visual step sequences, written instructions, highlights, zoom effects, transcripts, captions, AI narration and company branding. Unlike a fixed recording, its individual steps can be edited when only part of a process changes. Teams can also duplicate and adapt guides for different roles or audiences.

Editing, localisation and claimed efficiency gains

The product’s central pitch is that companies should not need to recreate an entire tutorial every time a software interface changes. Editing the affected steps can make the training material easier to maintain, although the specific results will depend on the workflow and the organisation’s own processes.

Guideless says its approach can make the creation and updating of training documentation up to 10 times faster. It also says its text-to-speech narration supports more than 40 languages, allowing teams to localise a workflow without repeatedly recording narration. From training guides to operational memory

Guideless’ broader ambition extends beyond producing onboarding content. The company wants to preserve workflows as structured operational data instead of leaving them only in static videos or scattered documents.

That data could eventually form an institutional-memory layer for enterprise AI agents. In practical terms, the proposed system would give agents more company-specific context about how tasks are performed, how processes connect and what changes over time. This remains a product direction and company thesis, not a demonstrated outcome reported independently in the available sources.

Early traction

Guideless reports more than 3,000 users, paying customers in 15 markets and adoption by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings and the Nevada Hospital Association, among hundreds of other organisations.

Vinted was an early adopter, according to investor Thomas Plantenga. He said the platform helped the company maintain its knowledge base and reduce manual work after user-interface updates. Why the startup matters

Guideless is targeting the gap between software adoption and software understanding. Businesses may buy new applications quickly, but the knowledge required to use them consistently is often trapped in informal explanations, outdated documents or the memory of individual employees.
