Lebanon’s ceasefire is still alive as a diplomatic framework, but it is not operating like a full halt to combat. Since the U.S.-mediated truce was reported in force from April 17, multiple outlets have described continuing Israeli strikes, Hezbollah-linked attacks, and mutual accusations of ceasefire violations [3][

What is happening on the ground
The main pattern is continuing Israeli military action in Lebanon, especially in southern Lebanon and, in at least one recent report, the eastern Bekaa Valley. Dawn reported on May 4 that fresh Israeli attacks killed at least seven people in southern Lebanon, citing Lebanese media and Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency; the incidents included airstrikes in Safad al-Battikh and near Tyre, plus a drone strike on a motorcycle [2].
On May 6, Hindustan Times, carrying AFP reporting, said an Israeli strike in eastern Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley killed four people. The same report said the Israeli army described separate strikes in the south as attacks on Hezbollah targets after warning residents of a dozen towns to evacuate [3].
