Taiwan indicts nine over alleged diversion of Nvidia-powered AI servers to China

Taiwan’s Keelung District Prosecutors’ Office indicted nine people on August 24 over the alleged diversion of high-end Super Micro AI servers equipped with Nvidia chips to Chinese customers. The defendants include one employee of Nvidia’s Taiwan unit and two employees of Super Micro’s Taiwan unit.
