At its Made by Google 2026 event on August 12, Google announced four new Pixel 11 phones, the Pixel Watch 5, and its first-ever Bluetooth tracker — the Pixel Tag — along with a suite of new Gemini AI features across all devices . Here is everything you need to know.

Pixel 11 lineup: four models, Tensor G6, and a price hike

The Pixel 11 series includes the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold — all running on Google's new Tensor G6 chipset built on a 2nm process . Google says the G6 delivers up to 20% better power efficiency, 25% faster browsing, and 15% faster app loading compared to the Tensor G5 .

RAM and storage: The base Pixel 11 comes with 12 GB of RAM, while the Pro Fold has 16 GB . Across the entire lineup, base storage now starts at 256 GB — Google has dropped the 128 GB tier entirely .

• Pixel 11: 6.3-inch OLED display (60–120 Hz), 4,985 mAh battery, 48 MP primary + 13 MP ultrawide + 10.8 MP 5x telephoto cameras, up to 30x Super Res Zoom .
• Pixel 11 Pro Fold: 8-inch internal OLED (1–120 Hz LTPO) + 6.5-inch external display, 4,806 mAh battery, same 48 MP primary camera system, 10% lighter and 1 mm thinner than its predecessor, claimed 3x more durable .
• Both the Pixel 11 and Pro Fold now support 25W Qi2 wireless charging, up from 15W .

Design: A redesigned all-glass camera bar that is 40% thinner than last year's model . The Pro models feature "HiLight" — an RGB LED ring around the camera module that glows when talking to Gemini and can pulse custom colors for calls from favorite contacts .

Pixel Watch 5: health tracking and Gemini intelligence

The Pixel Watch 5 delivers proactive Gemini Intelligence capabilities, personalized strength coaching, and the most accurate GPS route tracking to date . It introduces what Google calls "breakthrough Health Guardian features," including blood pressure and insulin resistance trends, and breathing emergency detection — described as an industry-first for a smartwatch .

• 41mm model: starts at $399 (add $100 for LTE) .
• 45mm model: starts at $429 .

Pixel Tag: Google's AirTag competitor

The Pixel Tag is Google's first Bluetooth-based item tracker, competing directly with Apple's AirTag . It includes ultra-wideband (UWB) support for precise, near-directional tracking and is fully integrated into Google's Find My Device network . The tag is made of durable stainless steel . Pricing and detailed availability have not been announced yet.

New AI-powered features with Gemini

Google also announced several new Gemini-powered features rolling out across the Pixel ecosystem:

• Sign Language to Text (SL2T): DeepMind's new engine lets deaf and hard-of-hearing users sign to their Pixel camera and have it translated into text in real time. Google says this is a 100% free feature .
• Rambler voice input: A new voice mode that handles run-on sentences, filler words, and casual speech without requiring precise phrasing .
• Circle to Search from Camera: Accessible directly from the Pixel Camera to identify objects, translate text, or ask questions about the user's surroundings .
• Gemini Nano on-device: Runs with higher quality and lower latency, enabling faster live translations and on-device AI tasks .
• HiLight (Pro models): Visual AI feedback via the glowing LED ring on the back of the phone during Gemini interactions .
