Qonto’s new European headquarters, Qonto Bonne Nouvelle, is a substantial step up from its former Paris WeWork office. Tech.eu reported that the company unveiled the site on 23 September 2026; other coverage and Qonto’s newsroom dated the opening announcement 24 September. The new workplace gives Qonto more room for staff and events as it develops its financial services for European businesses.

Nearly twice the size of its former Paris office
The central-Paris headquarters covers 11,000 square metres, with 900 workstations across nine floors. Qonto describes it as nearly twice the size of its previous Paris office; reporting identifies that former headquarters as a WeWork location on rue de Navarin. “Nearly twice” is the supported comparison, rather than an exact doubling.

The site also has 55 meeting rooms, 90 phone booths and two conference spaces with a combined reported capacity of 425 people. Those spaces provide room for gatherings, although the available excerpts do not establish which, if any, are specifically reserved for customers.
5 The headquarters occupies a refurbished 1950s building near Porte Saint-Denis that previously housed postal and telephone-exchange functions, as well as Orange offices.

What is confirmed about the amenities
Reporting on the opening identifies three cafés and an on-site barista service provided through a partnership with Trèfle.
1 Event spaces are also reported.

18 The available source excerpts do not firmly establish the claimed gym, sauna, Paris-view terrace or second-hand furniture, or the details of Trèfle’s employment and training arrangements. Those features should not be treated as confirmed on this evidence alone.
Why Qonto calls the move a milestone
CEO and co-founder Alexandre Prot described the headquarters move as a “milestone.” The scale helps explain that description: at the time of the opening, Qonto reported more than 750,000 SME and self-employed customers across eight European markets, above the “more than 600,000” figure still visible in some company materials.

Qonto presents its offering as a combination of business finance and tools including invoicing, bookkeeping and spend management.
15 The larger headquarters is a visible investment in that business, but it is not itself evidence that every proposed product or competitive ambition has been realised.
The distinction matters most for banking. Qonto had applied for a banking licence in 2025, and coverage of the headquarters opening described it as awaiting that licence. Opening a larger office does not mean Qonto had become a licensed bank.
