If the rumors hold, the iPhone Ultra will be Apple’s most expensive and most technically ambitious iPhone ever — a book-style foldable with a crease-free 7.8-inch display, a 5.5-inch cover screen, the A20 chip, Touch ID, and a titanium frame. It will debut at a September 2026 event that also marks John Ternus’s first keynote as CEO. But potential buyers should expect to pay at least $1,999 and may have to wait until late 2026 or early 2027 to get one.
