Gemini’s 14 New Connected Apps: What They Do and How to Connect Them

Google is adding 14 third-party services to Gemini’s Connected Apps, aiming to make more work, creative and everyday tasks available from a Gemini conversation. The September 2026 release is a rollout, not a guarantee that every app or feature is available to every user.18

The 14 new Gemini Connected Apps

• Productivity — Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc, Wispr AI and Zoho. Google describes uses across this group that include managing projects, organizing databases and dictating notes. It does not say that Gemini can perform every action offered by each service.1
• Creativity — Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace and Webflow. These connections are intended for creative ideas, visual assets and website-building workflows.1
• Lifestyle — apartments.com, Experian, Peloton and SeatGeek. Google highlights apartment searches, credit insights, workout planning and event-ticket discovery, respectively.1 Experian says US consumers can authorize a connection and ask questions about their credit.2617

How to connect and use an app

Sign in to Gemini, open Connected Apps in its settings, select an available service and follow its connection and authorization prompts. You can manage or disconnect apps from those settings. In a chat, you can specify an app by typing @ and selecting it; if it is not yet connected, Gemini may prompt you to connect it.129

Before troubleshooting a missing app, check Google’s app-by-app availability and requirements table. It distinguishes eligibility from supported Gemini apps and modes, so a connection available in chat should not be assumed to work in Gemini Live.8 Google also says that when Keep Activity is off, Connected Apps are unavailable on the Gemini website, iOS devices and smartwatches.21

How this fits Gemini’s existing integrations

This is an expansion of Connected Apps, not a new connection system. Gemini already supported services such as Spotify and Samsung Gallery; an earlier August 2026 wave included Granola, Otter.ai and Wix, among others.2120 The new names broaden some familiar categories: Squarespace and Webflow join Wix in website workflows, while SeatGeek joins an ecosystem that already included Ticketmaster for finding event tickets. Those are overlapping use cases, not evidence that the services offer identical actions inside Gemini.120

The questions worth checking before you connect

Availability and capabilities: Google’s announcement names the partners and says they are beginning to roll out, but it is not a complete guide to each app’s region, account requirements, supported modes or available actions. Check the requirements table and the permissions shown for the specific connection you want to use.1829

Experian and sensitive data: Experian calls its connection consumer-directed; it is not described as automatic access to everyone’s credit information.26 Google’s privacy notice says Gemini saves and uses information from Connected Apps to provide and improve Gemini Apps.23 The provided information does not establish precisely which Experian fields are shared, how long each company retains them or what disconnecting removes. Review the authorization screen and applicable privacy terms before linking a credit account.2326

Comparisons with other AI assistants: A count of partner names cannot establish whether Gemini is more capable, private or flexible than a rival. The useful test is whether a particular connection is available to you, performs the action you need and gives you acceptable control over your data.1823
