Webflow now supports granular publishing for individual static pages and CMS items, while full-site publishing remains available. Staging and production/custom-domain publishing behave differently, so staged page changes can accumulate before production release.

• Static pages: The Site Publish API accepts a pageId to publish one page rather than the entire site. Without pageId, it publishes the full site.
• CMS Collection pages: You publish the underlying CMS item; Webflow’s updated workflow allows individual CMS items to be published across domains.
• Draft CMS changes: Changes to an already-published CMS item can remain in draft without replacing the live version until explicitly published.
• Staging: Draft content can be previewed without appearing on the live production site.
• Custom domains: The API can publish a site or individual page to selected domains using domain IDs.
• Important staging caveat: If several individual pages are published to staging, subsequently publishing staging to production publishes all accumulated staged changes—not necessarily just the last page edited.
• Broader controls: Webflow describes its current model as supporting publication of specific CMS content, individual pages, or the whole site.
