Where the Money Is Going: Autonomous Finance and Agentic Commerce

Airwallex stated that the funds will accelerate product development in autonomous finance and agentic commerce, expand its infrastructure and regulatory licenses into new markets, and scale the teams building its AI-native financial software .

The company launched two new products alongside the raise:

T:0 (T-Zero) — an AI-native autonomous finance platform designed to act as a company's full finance function from day one. It covers bookkeeping, forecasting, tax, compliance, revenue operations, treasury, and procurement. T:0 is currently in private beta and will expand to more users in the coming weeks .

Airi — a global consumer wallet that lets customers save payment details once and check out in one click across any merchant that accepts it. According to Airwallex, Airi delivers up to 3x faster checkout and up to 14% higher conversion compared to traditional saved-card experiences .

Growth Metrics

Airwallex reported strong growth across its core business, as confirmed by its official announcement and coverage from CNBC, Forbes, Reuters, and other outlets:

• Annualized revenue: $1.3 billion, up 74% year-over-year .
• Annualized transaction volume: $287 billion, up over 120% year-over-year .
• Multi-product adoption: 90% of revenue now comes from customers using more than one product .

According to the Business Times, Airwallex aims to be IPO-ready this year, though the company has not provided a specific timeline for going public .
