New Card Type: Team Cards

The marquee mechanic of Attack of the Vine! is the Team card classification — dual-character cards featuring iconic duos. These are dual-ink cards (e.g., Ruby/Steel), meaning they can only be played in decks containing both ink colors . Six Team cards were previewed:

The Vine Card and Shift Ability

An action card called The Vine was shown: a 4-cost inkable action that banishes all locations, draws two cards, and discards one card . This fits the set's "destroy the vine" narrative. The set also continues to use the Shift keyword, allowing players to play a high-cost character by discarding a cheaper version of the same character.
