Precious3GPT (released July 2024) — The latest and most advanced in the series, described as a truly multimodal transformer model with 175.1 billion parameters trained on 1.2 million omics data points, knowledge graphs, and PubMed biomedical texts . Precious3GPT can perform multiple tasks: age prediction across species, target discovery, drug sensitivity prediction, and emulation of case-control study workflows with a focus on chemical perturbations . Out of 22 geroprotectors screened using Precious3GPT, 8 showed senomorphic or senolytic activity in an in vitro senescence model .

Rentosertib (ISM001-055) — A first-in-class AI-discovered TNIK inhibitor for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
