A beta-hCG above 200 at that point can certainly feel reassuring. The problem is treating 200 as a hard pass/fail line. Serum β-hCG is highly timing-sensitive, and studies use different testing days, cycle types and outcomes — biochemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy, ongoing pregnancy or live birth.

β-hCG normally rises dynamically and doubles about every 48 hours in most pregnancies, which means one or two days can change the expected number substantially. That is why a cut-off from a later blood draw can look much higher than a cut-off from an earlier one.
It is also easy to mix up different goals. A threshold for a positive biochemical pregnancy is not the same as a threshold that best predicts live birth or ongoing pregnancy. Fresh cycles and frozen embryo transfer cycles can also have different reported cut-offs.
Not based on these studies. A value over 200 at 11dp5dt may be reassuring because it sits above several reported early cut-offs, but it is not a universally required number.
A result below 200 does not automatically mean a poor outcome, especially if it is near published cut-offs and rises appropriately on repeat testing. The 48-hour follow-up is often the part that changes the interpretation most.
